Why Anxiety Panic Attack Symptoms Should Be Dealt With Naturally

After going through the nightmare of anxiety panic attack symptoms, those that experience them are desperate to find help, any form of help, for the eventuality of future panic attacks. Luckily for them, they have several options from which to choose from. Unfortunately, making the right choice is not so easy.

There have always been differences in opinion as to which anxiety attack panic treatment is most effective: medication or natural cures for panic attacks. While some choose to use a little of both treatments, some sufferers refuse to even touch any medication, while still others rely solely on medication.

There are many that swear that just a single method affords the help they need, and do not even consider the other method. Though I am not a radical person by my nature, my own feeling is that natural is the best way to treat the disease. Its not a question of which I prefer, it is more of a question of which is more effective in dealing with anxiety. Medication has its benefits, but there are definite things it cannot do that natural cures for panic attacks are able to accomplish.

The following are my top three reasons to deal with anxiety naturally.

1. Medications just can't do it all.

We know what you feel. Shortness of breath, perspiration, palpitations, dizziness, detachment from reality, trembling, fear of going crazy and even dying, and other unnatural fearful symptoms. For some suffers, medication is helpful because it reduces the frequency of panic attacks, limiting the amount of time we have to deal with the symptoms. This allows us more time to relax as a consequence.

These people are so joyous that the panic attacks do not come as frequently as they used to that they don't even consider that they are still there, that they have not been cured. Medication works because it gives some temporary relief and some time to relax between attacks, but by itself it cannot make these attacks disappear because they work on a superficial level. It doesn't get to the cause of the problem and doesn't take away the fear that those anxiety panic attack symptoms brought.

2. You can do something about it.

One of the really good things about the natural method for coping is that you are not sitting around waiting for the next one to happen. With medication, the frequency of attacks decrease, but what do you think about when one comes to an end? Do you hope and pray that the next one won't come anytime soon and won't be severe as this one and won't leave you in a state of horror. Do you pray that you will live through the next one?

Natural methods give you the vehicle to cope with such attacks, they leave you better prepared to deal with future attacks. While medication will decrease the number of attacks, natural coping techniques lessen the horrible feeling associated with them by giving you the means to fight them. In time, these attacks will lose their bite, and will go away.

3. The effects of medication will last just as long as you continue to medicate yourself. When your medication runs out, you are back to square one and have no protection whatsoever from attacks. But natural cures for panic attacks will help you to eliminate these attacks completely, and teach you the ways to keep them at bay for a lifetime.

I'm not one to stick by one anxiety attack panic treatment and ignore the other. Medication does have its place in the treatment of panic attacks, no question about that. But I would rather consider what will happen in the future rather than just think of the present, and if the natural approach to a cure of anxiety panic attack symptoms offers me a way to free myself from the bonds of its clutches for life, I'm going in that direction.
