Whats the perfect employee?
Weve all got our ideas about what constitutes perfect. How do we reconcile those thoughts with what we know isnt true? Come on, we know theres no such thing as perfect. And yet, we always strive to attain this myth. So I ask you, can perfection be reached?
The answer is yes. And the next answer is IT ALREADY HAS. Theres no need for you to go out there and start fasting for 20 days, becoming a fruitarian, going within to get enlightened. Why stress yourself chasing a fantasy?
The secret of online business is simple. How do I get my business known to the most people who will value its worth? The answer is a combination of many issues (promoting, content, the website, database, autoresponders, customer service, etc.), but of those that I have listed, weve got a catch-22 between the words.
Whats the point in having the greatest website, the greatest service, or the greatest product if no one knows you exist?
The first point, promoting, is the foundation upon which to build your online presence. People say do it yourself, but I can tell you, you get more done with a team effort. As a team, your efforts are amplified and your creative abilities are optimized to make the most impact. So, teamwork develops and builds unified attack maneuvers to promote your business. Now, youre wondering, how is this done?
The first step in a team effort is the choice for your team. Whos going to lead and whos going to help? Whos going to serve the customers and whos going to identify with the customers? How will we bond and understand the needs of our customers?
These questions have one common thread quality time. How do we spend quality time studying, understanding, and serving our customers? Just like in an intimate relationship, quality time develops rapport and understanding between the parties involved. It builds trust between people and it builds the confidence to maintain that trust.

Rapport
Our business obligates us to find a happy balance between our audience and the rapport with that audience. At this point in our team building, should we go out and interview prospects to fill these vacancies? The answer is a definite NO.
Why spend those hours shuffling through resumes, boring phone calls, and senseless emails? Dont do it, Ive got a better way for you to manage your time.

Give it powerful content and multimedia capabilities, you now have an pleasant and social executive out in the field with powerpoint and presentation skills.
Now give it original content, multimedia, links, a glossary, and videos of your products/services. You have a VP out in the field with all the answers promoting your business.
And yes, you can go farther. If youre not selfish with your information, love people, and are genuinely interested in helping others, then guess what? You have another level to your business. Never forget the purpose of business is filling a NEED.
