Volunteering to take paid surveys is a good way to make some extra cash. But there are many kinds of \"paid\" surveys being offered on the Internet. There are different ways you get paid to take surveys.

Sometimes you get \"paid\" with a \"chance\" to participate in a drawing with who knows how many other participants! Sometimes you get \"$1.00\" for a 10-minute survey and \"$2.00\" for a 20-minute one! (But, you got \"paid\", right?!)

So who knows which paid survey sites are good and which not? The experts on that are the past clients of the paid survey sites. Fortunately, there is an easy way to take an opinion poll of those past clients.

Their opinions are expressed most eloquently (and forcefully!) in the refund rates of the paid survey sites. A low refund rate means happy, satisfied clients who felt that they got their money\'s worth. A high refund rate means many unhappy, irate ex-clients demanding their money back!

So what you need to do to find the good paid survey sites is to first find paid survey sites with STRONG money-back guarantees, backed up by a bank or financial company such as PayPal or ClickBank. (Signing with any paid survey site without such a guarantee is a sure way to get ripped-off!)

Then, within the group with strong guarantees, pick one with a low (3-6%) refund rate. Avoid any with refund rates that are either unknown (means \"high\") or are as high as 6-10% or more. When you pick one and get a copy of their list, sign up with all the survey makers, the best paid to take survey programs, on that list.

That way, you are most likely to end up on the list of happy clients of that site. Happy because they got a good list of the best paid to take survey programs and used it to make money!
