Have you ever wondered how you can earn income from an e-book when it usually goes for a very low price, and sometimes even for free? Before you dismiss the e-book as a waste of time, think of all those writers marketing their e-books online. You have to ask yourself why they continue doing that if e-books aren\'t profitable.

Here\'s a fact: e-books can be profitable. Here\'s how:

1.) Established e-book writers already have fans who are willing to pay a very affordable price for their works. The price may be cheap but that wouldn\'t matter much once the multiple purchases pile up. If people are willing to spend on traditional books that are more expensive than e-books, then there\'s no reason for them not to purchase an e-book they really like.

However, take note that readers don\'t usually want to invest on a new writer, so be ready to ear not much with your first few works. Your aim at the start is not to earn huge profit, but to make a name for yourself. Money will follow later on.

2.) You can also sell your e-book to a company, and that company can use your e-book as a giveaway or incentive to their customers. This is a good venture because you\'ll get a fixed amount for your work. Just make sure that the price you\'ll get for your e-book is worth its quality, or you may end up regretting it.

The last thing you want is the company making millions off your e-book after you sold it to them for a few thousand dollars. If you can get a deal in which you keep your byline and get royalties, then go for it. The company youre selling your e-book to will help a lot in promoting your e-book, which you may not be able to do as effectively if you do it on your own.
