Working online is an art. Many have tried and given up because they simply have not found the right information that they were seeking to make a good start !!

There are countless E-books out there making amazing claims of substantial profits for you if buy their E-book and I too have purchased plenty of rubbish in my time and not even read what I bought.

Like you I thought how am I going to sift through all the rubbish and find the absolute gems that would allow me to begin an Internet Marketing Career? Where do I go to find the right Information Products that will send me on my way to success?

There is no simple answer to these questions because when you first get into your mind that you want to make money online, you are so excited and just want to buy everything you come across. This is both not good economic sense nor even common sense because you will get confused and distracted from your goal of making money online. You do need to read and study and learn the art forms to make money online but choose carefully.

For your pleasure I have some simple guidelines that if observed will help you to choose between those that claim they will make you a millionaire and those that will actually prove useful and practical, empowering you to head in the right direction.

Firstly: - Stay away from excessive Hype.

Good sales copy, that information you read on websites, is designed to keep you interested and drawn deeper into the site until you get to the sign up point. Excessive hype often spoils the sale for me and too many promises and bonuses means what is their product really like?

Generally speaking too much hype leaves me feeling that yes this is really too good to be true. Any website that goes on and on trying to almost obviously convince and persuade you that their product is the real thing most of the time is not. I generally do not read more than about 10 pages (2500 words) because any more than that and I get lost.

Secondly: - Look for facts in the copy.

Factual information, information that can actually be used, immediately, is often a good pointer to someone who is not just after your money.

Well scattered facts, tips and hints quite often have proven to me that these people are after more than just my money. A good Internet Marketer will be looking for a long term relationship, turning prospects into long term customers. A Win Win situation!!

If you find useful practical information on their website, after purchasing their product, I have found that in your developing relationship you will learn just as much receiving their newsletters and ezine's over the following months and years to come. This is important for both parties and indeed another Win Win situation!!

Thirdly: - Avoid those advertising mega bonuses free gifts etc.

These marketing tactics have worked for years because most people are really greedy and dont know when to say no!!

Why would you ever want to buy 2 or 3 E-books, specific to your needs (their main product) and then be distracted with bonus after bonus after bonus etc. It has never made any sense to me at all?!

All this extra information will ever do is clutter your mind and take up space on your computers hard drive, let alone allow you to read your original purchase.

In summary look for E-books that are specific to your needs. Look for Internet Marketers that provide solutions to your problems and you wont go far wrong.

Following these simple guidelines will help you find E-books that will give you information that you can use today as you earn an income online.
