If those solutions are unappealing, then try relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga. However, if you have unresolved emotional issues, relaxation techniques wont solve the problem; it will only treat the symptoms. When you learn more about treating anxiety, youll find a solution that youre comfortable pursuing.
